What to do when you bring a promotional bag shopping, and must decline a plastic bag, from Good.is?
Now, I don't actually think these refusals are very polite... more like passive aggressive. I prefer to say, "I don't need a bag; thanks, though." Because I'm sure if a salesperson didn't offer some people a bag they would get rather put off by it. Customer service and all that.
Fortunately using promotional bags at most grocery stores now is pretty seamless; if you put a promotional bag on the belt or counter people know what to do.
But I like Good.is, and it has a lot of great stuff you should check out, including an infographic displaying what foods are in season in different states that is hanging on my cubicle wall right now.
